As a Partner Success Manager (PSM) you will work with both our partners and our shared customers to ensure they are continually deriving value from partnership with Rain. You will serve as our partners’ trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for partners with Rain by championing for new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each partner’s service size and scope.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate enduring relationships with key partners, gaining an intimate understanding of their goals to drive mutual success.
  • Act as the account owner for our shared customer with our partners in a Customer Success model, driving adoption and revenue growth for both partners and customers.
  • Provide expert guidance to partners, leveraging your deep understanding of Rain & EWA to help them optimize their adoption and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Data Analytics to ensure partner expectations are met or exceeded. This includes, facilitating seamless onboarding, advocating for necessary product changes, driving adoption, and addressing any challenges.
  • Analyze partner performance data, discern trends, and deliver actionable insights to enhance adoption strategies.
  • Identify avenues for partnership expansion, introducing new features, solutions, and services that align with partners' offering objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Mid-Market or Enterprise Customer Success with a history of driving revenue through retention and expansion of existing customers.
  • 1+ years of experience working with or owning Partner Success relationships and/or large customer relationships that require multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize internal and external requests.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building relationships and quickly understanding and solving complex problems 
  • Proven ability to measure, understand, and communicate business needs and impact to your customers.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing priorities or projects as the company scales
  • Experience in FinTech or HR Tech is a plus.
  • Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Compensation:

80,000 - 90,000

Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
