About the Corporate IT Team
We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding IT support skills, solid networking knowledge, and hands-on experience managing office IT infrastructure and assets. You’ll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our global user base and ensuring smooth daily operations across hardware, software, network, and collaboration tools. If you have a proactive attitude, strong technical skills, and an interest in AI technologies, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Drive IT automation initiatives using scripting or low-code/no-code platforms to streamline workflows
- Provide high-quality, customer-focused IT support for our global teams (NORAM, EMEA, LATAM, India)
- Administer and secure Google Workspace (user provisioning, security, troubleshooting)
- Manage device lifecycle and compliance using Workspace ONE UEM/MDM and oversee end-to-end IT asset lifecycle
- Document IT processes, manage knowledge bases, and contribute to SOC2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS compliance efforts
- Lead onboarding and offboarding operations, coordinating with Compliance, People, and Security
- Support key collaboration platforms (Jira Service Management, Slack, Zoom, Confluence, etc.)
Who you are
- You have at least 7 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- You are a proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach, adaptable to fast-paced, agile environments (startup experience preferred)
- You are an excellent communicator with a strong customer-focused mindset and proven cross-team collaboration skills
- Strong documentation and project management abilities
- Passion for leveraging AI tools in IT operations or familiarity with AI-enhanced solutions
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace administration & Workspace ONE UEM/MDM solutions
- Experience with Jira Service Management administration
- Proven success in driving IT automation and hands-on experience with IT asset management
- Expert supporting Mac, Linux, and Windows, and in designing small-to-medium office network infrastructure
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001
