In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the growth of the company by overseeing customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and product adoption strategies.  As the Senior Manager of Growth, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s growth initiatives, collaborating across departments, and managing the CRM Manager to optimize the customer lifecycle and create personalized, data-driven marketing experiences.  You will improve our lifecycle marketing, analyze customer data, and create impactful campaigns that drive results.  The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving growth within a fintech or technology-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and engagement.
  • Identify and optimize new revenue opportunities, retention strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor growth KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage the CRM Manager to successfully execute campaigns across email, in-app messages, push notifications and SMS channels.
  • Create and Optimize CRM campaigns, working cross-functionally with teams to deliver compelling, personalized customer experiences,
  • Verify that CRM campaigns are effective, engaging, and targeted, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer segmentation and work with the CRM Manager to deploy targeted campaigns across different segments.
  • Collaborate with product teams to support the launch of new features and product initiatives, certify that CRM campaigns are aligned with product goals
  • Work closely with the analytics team to track, measure, and report on the success of growth initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze performance metrics, test results, and customer feedback to optimize campaigns and improve overall growth strategies.
 

Qualifications:

  • 8+years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development roles, ideally within a fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven company.
  • Deep technical understanding of CRM tool (how the tools work and how to manage them with the help of a PM and engineers)
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving growth
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing/mobile marketing platforms and email marketing/mobile marketing platforms.
  • Advance proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present data-drive insights to leadership. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage and work cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across different departments.
  • Experience running A/B tests and analyzing campaign performance to optimize for engagements and conversion. 
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in dynamic HTML, CSS, and Liquid Logic for building and deploying complex CRM programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Braze, Apps Flyer, Looker
  • Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, particularly in areas related to financial wellness, early wage access, and employee benefits 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.  Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or growth strategy a plus.

Compensation:

$140,000 - $150,000

Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
