Senior Demand Generation Manager

Rain is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue. In this role, you will take ownership of designing and optimizing intent-driven ABM campaigns, building scalable frameworks for repeatable success, and continuously iterating on messaging, targeting, and creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build intent-driven ABM campaigns: write, design and launch campaigns while consistently iterating and experimenting.
- Consistently iterate and experiment with messaging, targeting, timing and creative elements
- Develop campaign frameworks for scalable demand generation campaigns: create structured, repeatable processes for launching and managing high-performing demand generation campaigns.
- Track and report performance across all touch points: Monitor campaign results through the entire buyer journey and communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Analyze conversion funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities at each stage of your own campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, translating business objectives into technical implementation: work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to optimize pipeline health
- Measure and improve: define KPIs, monitor system performance, A/B test campaigns, and optimize workflows based on data insights
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Campaign marketing manager role with a direct impact on pipeline generation
- Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation (ideally Hubspot)
- Proven track record of translating business needs into innovative technical solutions in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and drive shared objectives
- Experience in B2B marketing and ideally B2B2C marketing
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms to support competitive analysis, content creation, messaging refinement, and sales enablement.

Compensation:
$130,000- $145,000
Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
