Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager, you will work with our partners to ensure they are continually deriving value from partnership with Rain. Your role will include supporting the leadership with new partner acquisition and launch. You will also help navigate integrations, revenue share, and relationship management with selected partners. At times you might be responsible for being a point of contact with partners to help progress the partnership based on what is necessary. You will serve as our partners’ trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate enduring relationships with key partners, gaining an intimate understanding of their goals to drive mutual success.
- Provide expert guidance to partners, leveraging your deep understanding of Rain & EWA (Earned Wage Access) to help them optimize their marketing strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Data Analytics to ensure partner expectations are met or exceeded. This includes facilitating seamless onboarding, advocating for necessary product changes, and addressing any challenges.
- Analyze partner performance data, discern trends, and deliver actionable insights to expand strategy and relationships.
- Identify avenues for partnership expansion, introducing new features, solutions, and services that align with partners' offering objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Mid-Market or Enterprise GTM roles with a history of driving revenue through relationships and partnerships
- 3+ years of experience working with large organizations and multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize internal and external requests.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully building relationships and quickly understanding and solving complex problems.
- Proven ability to measure, understand, and communicate business needs and impact to your stakeholders.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing priorities or projects as the company scales.
- Experience in FinTech or HR Tech is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and represent Rain
