As a Senior Implementations Specialist at Rain, you can operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You nerd out about SaaS integrations and are naturally curious. What you’ll do

  • Support external clients and internal teams in the implementation of Rain for both new and existing customers
  • Properly scope out customer needs and requests during implementations to make sure our solution solves their existing problems
  • Proactively project manage the implementation process end-to-end to achieve customers' target timelines and goals, communicating to all stakeholders any changes or updates as needed
  • Configure and implement customers in accordance with best practices to drive adoption and maximize revenue potential
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive a timely and well organized implementation process, escalating issues to various stakeholders as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements & needs
  • Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices 
  • Proactively look for opportunities of improvement in existing processes to help support Rain’s overall growth

Who you are

  • 2+  years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience
  • 1+ year in a customer facing role managing stakeholders and timelines
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once without compromising 
  • Experience working with JIRA, Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar systems of customer record
  • Experience with HCM and HR Tech preferred
  • General curiosity and desire to learn

Compensation
$80,000 - $85,000 Base | $90,000 - $100,000 OTE Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
